The full ruleset that applies when you create and use a Spintado account. Please read carefully before depositing.

- You must be 18 or older (or the legal age in your country, whichever is higher).
- One account per person, household, IP address or device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances voided.
- Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal. We may request additional documents at any time.
- Players from prohibited markets cannot create accounts. Players from Hungary, Brazil and Japan cannot claim deposit bonuses (cashback remains available).
2. Bonuses
- Wagering: deposit-bonus funds carry a 40x wagering requirement; free-spin winnings carry 35x.
- Max bet: while a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round is €5.
- Game contribution: Slots and 'Other Games' contribute 100%. Texas Hold’em and other table games, video poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, craps and crush games contribute 0%. Some games contribute 20% as listed in bonus terms.
- Validity: 10 days after activation. Bonus funds and any derivatives are voided after that.
- Max conversion: the maximum amount that can be converted from a deposit bonus into real cash after wagering is 50x the bonus granted.
3. Deposits & withdrawals
- Minimum deposit: €25 (varies by promotion).
- Minimum withdrawal: €20. Maximum withdrawal: €500 per request (higher tiers available for VIP 16+).
- Withdrawals return to the same payment method used to deposit.
- Processing time: up to 3 banking days after KYC clearance.
4. Disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact support@spintado.com in the first instance. If we cannot resolve it within 7 days, you can escalate free of charge to our ADR provider at complaints@adr-center.online for an independent decision (acknowledgement within 7 days, resolution within 4-8 weeks).
